Parting '89 S2 3.0L 16V motor

I have an '89 S2 motor that had 160K on it before the car got wrecked. Head is off of it and the oil pan was removed and everything looks to be in great shape. Let me know what you need either by e-mail, AIM, or just posting here and I'll check on it and get back with you on price. Only things I have gotten rid of on this motor are the wiring harness and the starter, everything else is still here. I also have some interior parts and other misc. electronic parts as well.

front seats?

How about the rear end stub to stub? No need for axles or tranny though. I need the control arms and brakes. Whole dang thing drops out if need be.

Do you still have the spare tire?

I am in Warrenton VA and could easily pick-up and/or help take it apart one weekend.

Thanks!

Nynor the front seats are blue vinly, 4 way power, non sport seats although the bolsters are pretty big. From what I recall there is a tear on the drivers side bolster and a couple of stitches are pulling loose. Overall condition I'd say it would be a 6 or 7 out of 10. If you are interested I can get you some pictures when I get back into the country.

Pillow I gave the entire suspension to a friend of mine in alexandria who was going use it on a 911 conversion but ended up not doing so. His e-mail is David@teamriley.com. Your best bet is to get a hold of him and see if he wants to sell it.

Thanks AznDrgn, I will shoot him an e-mail.

Take it easy on Route 33 between Hberg and Franklin when you get back in town ;) (God I love that road!)

How much for just the bare block? Thanks

hpaulb 01-06-2005 06:51 AM

Looking for a set of goot hood shocks orm whatever there called? And the little clips. How much?

AznDrgn 01-06-2005 09:28 PM

Randy I'll take $500 + shipping for the bare block or make me an offer for it.

Hpaulb the shocks are already gone, sorry.

am914 01-07-2005 03:01 AM

If Randy isn't interested at 500 I'll take the block. I'm interested in the crank also if it is good.

AznDrgn 01-08-2005 01:22 AM

am914 I'm looking for $1800 for the entire short block if you are interested. Everything looks to be alright but I haven't pulled the rods or mains to see how the crank looks. Oil was clean when I drained it so that's a good sign. I'm out of the country right at the moment but I'll be back at the end of january and I can inspect the block again and take some pictures if you want.

tinman944 01-08-2005 05:10 AM

I am looking for an intake. Do you still have it? what would you like for it?

am914 01-08-2005 12:45 PM

Yes, please inspect more closely and pictures would be nice. You can send to my email if you wish. Thanks.

BuckarooBanzi 01-26-2005 10:21 PM

Can you please list what parts are still available if any?

thanks,

Zero10 01-27-2005 10:01 AM

I as well am interested in the crank if the price is right. What are you asking for it?

AznDrgn 01-27-2005 05:24 PM

Haven't quite made it back to my house yet so I haven't opened everything up to reinspect it.

Right as of now the entire motor is still available as well as the DME and various electronics and random pieces from the car. The car itself has been scrapped.

Zero 10 you have mail.

Here is the up to date post I just put up a few days ago
