How much is a 43k N/A engine and tranny worth

Just purchased a 86 turbo engine and tranny and now have the orginal engine and tranny and considering selling them but don't know what to charge for a N/A engine with 43k orginal miles. except for a small front seal oil leak the engine is perfect. 19-27mpg city highway driving.
I would include clutch bell housing Wilk PowerProm DME wiring harness.
Not encluded are the A/C and power steering pump
nolgy wires.
The Tranny also is perfect with just slight oil weep from the right hand seal.

Considering the miliage I think $2,500 is a fair price
what do you all think??

Around here, engines usually go for about a thousand bucks. Trannys, $500-600 give or take. Yours should be worth some more because of the low mileage, but $2500 may be a little bit steep. If the tranny has limited slip, it's also probably worth closer to 1000.

1200 for the engine, 800 for the tranny; my rough estimate.

Good luck.

Buckaroo...it is worth the amount buyers would pay for it and that varies with the parts condition and timing of the sale...but never what the seller wants for it

"1200 for the engine, 800 for the tranny"...maybe if you include “Or Best Offer” (OBO)

"I think $2,500 is a fair price"…(for both)…as these are NA...would be a real stretch

Most who have sold these would happy to get $900 for the NA engine, $450 for the tranny...plus shipping
