WTB: 16" phonedial set, late offset

I'm looking for a set of late 16" phonedial wheels in the late 52mm offset. Should be 7" front and 8" rear width. Thanks.

Are these kinda rare? Seems I see lots of C2/S2 wheels around (6" front and 8" rear), and even some of the later 968 16" wheels, but I've only seen one set of 16x7 late-offset phonedials.

I have a restoed Mint set of phonedials with new set op tires which are coming from 86 944 turbo. I think they will still work and actually fill out the wheelwell for a more muscular look. I can send pics just email me at

My understanding is that '86 Turbo wheels were still early offset, what are they marked as?

I just thought it would be interesting to throw one of my early 23.3mm fuchs from my 86 turbo onto my 1988 n/a, not even a close fit. The 16x7 23.3 stuck out a good 2 inches past the fender which would make sense so it's incorrect to say the front early offsets will fit later cars, as for the rears, I never bothered trying.

Do like I did and make it a GT with rear flares and 944 front fenders. Then the early wheels will fit and look great! My 88 924SGT is for sale by the way.
