WTB 1986 or 1987 944 turbo spare wheel

Still looking for aluminum collapsable spare tire/wheels from a 1986 or 1987 944 turbo. Condition of tire not important. I'm putting togeather a set to use on a 356.

I have one from my personal 86 and one from my parts car 88 - so one early offset and one late offset (I havent checked but Im guessing they have different offsets) which are you needing?

My preference at the moment of for the 1986 version, a 5.5 x 15" ET30. Some outlaw 356 guys prefer the 16" version which I believe came in your 1988 parts car, but I have started with the 15" size. I would consider buying either one or both if you will sell them, or trade for another inflatable spare design.
Thanks,
Gerald McCormick

I have at least 4 of the 5.5X15 ET 53 spares found in the early cars. All of them are in good to fair condition. If you can use any of these let me know.

944 turbo spares

yes, pictures would be great, along with your description of the wheel's condition. Standard price on the one's I've bought has been $100 plus $25 shipping via FEdex ground. Let me know if this works for you.
Thanks,
Gerald

Both should be in fantastic / new condition. One has never been used and the other was used once. I am going to Evansville this weekend and will pick it up and get pictures for you. I will sell both as I just dont carry them around with me anyways.

Regards,
Sam

Looks good, and I assume it is the 16" version. I look forward to photos of the other one. Let me know how you would like to be paid for the wheels & shipping.

I dont know much about the spares on 944s but the tire reads 165 - 15? Should this be a 16"? This is from a 1988 turbo...I doubt if this is a 15" that my 86 spare will be anything but a 15" as well.. let me know, thanks!

It could have originally come from a 1987 instead of a 1988, which was red but 5.5 x 15" like the silver 1986 wheel. But I'm glad in any case. You must have 2 of the 15" spares I want to use on my 356. You can confirm the size by reading the numbers on the back side of the wheel.
Thanks, Gerald
