roller changes - when?

When you have the timing/balance belts changed should all of the rollers/gears etc be done as well at the same time?
Or are they changed just based on a visual inspection rather than mileage or time since the last belt change.

Spin 'Em

Spin 'Em, if the bearings make any noise or they don't spin super smooth replace them. The last thing you want is a broken timing belt because a roller seized. Rollers typically last 60k if the belt is properly tensioned so its a good investment.
