FS: complete 944 S2 Engine 3 liter!
I recently acquired a 944 S2 parts car, with the intent to have spare chassis parts for my 951. I will not be needing the engine, as I do not have enough spare time / capital to build a 3.0 turbo right now
here are the details: Complete S2 engine including: Manifolds Bell Housing / flywheel / clutch DME / engine wiring harness Alternator AC compressor What is not included: Power steering pump starter The engine is still installed in the car right now so that prospective buyers can hear it run. Oil pressure is great, and it doesn't make any strange noises. E-mail me for more information; smokintr6@yahoo.com Asking $2800 Ryan Miles Columbus, Ohio |

Bump and photo.. I am open to offers, but if all my offers are low enough, I will part the engine, keeping the crank to build a 2.8L stroker for my turbo! Also if anyone is in need of just the head, make me an offer, and I can possibly be tempted! Last edited by smokintr6; 07-18-2007 at 07:13 PM.. |

Hey Ryan,
Is that Alpine white I see, and if so, what is the condition of the drivers fender? If it is good consider it sold. Shane |

Did you look at the picture? I think your lack of sleep is starting to hurt your eye sight. That coolant resevoir isn't point 4 inches upright on it's own.

Shane... The driver's fender is not in good condition. This car was hit in the front at a reasonable clip. Not hard enough to damage the engine, but all the front sheet metal is beat.
Kevin... The tranny is open rear end As for the crank, I am almost hoping for a reason to keep it, but I don't really feel up to dropping the 4 grand or so to upgrade turbo, maf, clutch etc. right now! Too bad I didn't keep the 2.7 out of Nelson's NA when I sold it. Then I'd be 1/3 of the way to a 3.0 turbo. |

Hey Ryan,
What does the rear bumper look like, mine needs a respray, but if that one is in good paint shape, I may want it instead. |

Shane,
The bumper is pretty nice, but Nelson has expressed interest in it. I'll let you know if he decides not to buy it. Thanks, Ryan |
