Parting out a red '83

Hey Guys,

I have a red 1983 944 in my shop that I'm about to get rid of. I have a good amount of parts still available. Please PM me or email me at APartAbove@aol.com with any questions or needs. I have drilled rotors with very little wear and many other parts. Thanks.

John

There isn't much left to take pictures of. The front suspension is still on and the ripped up interior is still there. Faded front fenders and thats about it. I'm just seeing if anyone needs anything small before this gets sent to the scrap yard.

Since you insisted, here is a picture of the 83 drivers seat in addition to many of the other seats I have in my shop. None are perfect but most others are in pretty decent shape. Shoot me an email at APartAbove@aol.com if there is anything else you want to see.

Your making the the rest of us look bad. Your shop is too organized for me. My wife is on the way to wallmart to buy rubbermaid containers. Wait till she goes in the attic and figures out how bad it really is.

Actually, they're on sale at walmart up here right now. I never thought I'd spend $250 on containers just to keep things somewhat organized.....

At least you've got your wife buying yours, maybe she'll organize it for you too.

Brian, Do not let your wife organize your parts. She will clean you out if she finds more than 1 part of each kind. Right now the garage is your domain and you know where everything is located or close enough. I had been married for 34 yrs and had forgotten what freedom felt like until I divorced her in "96", now they come and go at my pleasure. Freedom rules.

Cheers,
Larry

That was when was I was somewhat organized. This is the current problem. If my wife didn't support my porsche problem, her car wouldn't be in the garage. My porsche is stored elsewhere.

just so you know I know how "much porsche stuff" he has, but I have 2 concerns, I believe he is building a porsche in my attic, because what man needs that many parts and body panels in the attic and won't let me in the attic???? and 2nd I am so afraid that he might actually die before me and then I will be stuck with all these porsche parts and the car in the attic. While I support him 1000% with his cars he needs to be organized and it drives me crazy. I adore John's garage and if only I could get my husband that organized I could actually sleep at night. I bearly have enough room to park in the garage and hope the ceiling of the attic does not fall in.....HA!HA!HA!

Nope, I've sold the ones I had. Ask Brian944Turbo, he should have a few.

Like my friend John (74 years old and drives a 1986 951!) tells me, "Randy don't get married until you get your first social security check, even after you should be careful"! I get a good laugh about that one.
