Parting 89 944 NA - Pics inside!

I just picked up a 1989 944 NA with about 100k on the odometer. It did not come with the motor or original transmission. It does have ABS, power door locks, rear wiper and the factory keyed alarm.

I have just begun to take the car apart. Here is a list of what I have for sale so far.

Climate control pane perfect - $200
Script powered door handles (no key) - $185
Black on tan door panels in nice shape - no water damage - $150 - SOLD
15x7 late offset phone dials (scratched and no center caps) - $150 - SOLD
Driver's side fender for local pickup only - $75
Cluster - $50 - SOLD
Sunroof (needs paint) - $50
Driver and passenger seat - $125 (local pickup only) SOLD
Rear seats - $50 (local pickup only) SOLD
Complete fuse box with relays and fuses (I think DMW relay is missing) - $45 SOLD
Mirrors (no glass and driver's side motor linkage broken) - $35
Sunroof motor - $35

Also - these part I do NOT have - trim over glove box, cassette tray hinge, sunroof hinges, trim over heater fan, door sill trim.

Just came to see you last week on the turbo. You found another that quick. I'm impressed. We need to start keeping count.

The one in this 89 is cracked and I need the one in the 86 turbo for my black car. Just gotta figure out how to get it out - my track record so far is spotty.

I think you would want to just find a complete 944 hatch locally as I am not sure if the 944 spoiler will mount on a 924 hatch. Most folks that part these cars end up trashing the hatches as they are so difficult to ship.

What kind of shape are the rear cargo side carpets in? Is the pile all brittle and flaking?

This '89 looks more like "Grey-Beige" than it does "Linen"; what is the interior color code?

If good, how much for those shipped to 85044?

Thanks, Keith

The options sticker in the rear is gone and the owner's manual is nowhere to be found. Any other way to find out the interior color code? Would there be anything stamped on the back of the door panels?

Unfortunately the rear side carpets are brittle and flaking.

Would you be willing to sell the door lock sensors, the ones that are currently attached to the door handles?

Hi Robert,
I am going to try selling them together.

Wheels sold this morning. I should be able to post more pics of parts after this weekend.

I've got the connector with a long tail out of the car - how does $25 plus shipping sound?

I have a fellow interested in it for $800. I cleaned it up this past weekend and delivered it to a Porsche transmission expert friend of mine who is looking it over. If it has a clean bill of health I am hoping for the sale to be completed next week.

If you were interested I would be glad to let you know if something fell through.
