Part out of 83 944

I am parting out whats left of a 83 944 with 145k miles red black ext/int. It has been sitting for five years. Engine had new fuel injectors, timing and balance belts installed 1000 miles before dash wiring meltdown $300. 40% LSD trans $600 or whatever else you need. If your local and want to remove stuff yourself I will let you have most stuff for free.

It's hard to tell from the pictures... but do you still have that little patch of carpet that sits on the center console and surrounds the shifter?

Gear Ratios are different. No Speedo gear or sender on early trans. LSD itself is same or at least interchangeable. But at 145k probably could stand a rebuild.

Oil cooler was optional on late cars (not early cars), Most Turbo's had the cooler.

Hope this helps (if my memory is correct that is!)

Yes I have it. It has a hole for the radio fader, but I will throw that in as well to cover the hole. How does $10 shipped sound?

If your local you can have them, bring a twelve pack of Bud and I will help you take them off. If your not local I don't think that they are worth the cost of shipping.

Chuck I think that petty much covers it. Maybe hardened 1,2 gears?
