Thanks for the bump Ohio, but the work in finding two sets of wheels (7's and 9's) to get four 9s and them painting them etc. is worth more than the $750 asking.

if only they were cup II's I would take them, your right about it being a PITA to make a wide set.

hmm considering if these would look good on the 944 1983 v8 conversion. Big reds would fit fine with these wouldn't they? Gonna shop around a little but this seems like a pretty good deal Still getting a feel for what's out there in terms of wheels.

the same size wheels on all four corners allows for running the same size tires on all four corners to facilitate tire rotation. It also reduces the understeer tendency of the car (depending on your set up).

Ohio>Yes, these fit over Big Reds, but your offset is early and you would need spacers.

how much are the spacers? how much for everything I need as a prerequisite to use these wheels on my 1983 944 NA? any other advantages to doing that besides different wheel/brake options?
