WTB-Fuel line from tank to Fuel Pump

HI,
I have an early 85 944. I need the fuel line that goes from the tank to the fuel pump. Anyone have a good one that they can part with? Let me know.
Thanks,
Tim

do you know by any chance if early and late are the same? I have one but it's from 1987. Double-check it and let me know if you're interested.

Not to bust v944's sale but at least on the late cars I believe that is part number 951 356 557 00 and it is available from a dealer for $10. Personally I would use a new line there...

Hi,
Thanks for the replies but I think that it would be better if I just got a new one. They are not $10 but not that much more. Better safe than sorry!

Good grief - That line is a gravity feed fuel line from the tank to the pump, no special deal. Go to local Auto Parts and get a piece of fuel line same size and length - maybe $5.00, with two new screw/gear type hose clamps...

But is has a special kink in it from the factory You don't want to end up restricting flow to the fuel pump eh?

You can put a clamp around the section that might kink - Or go around in a circle to keep it from kinking - or, or, or, Etc. I have never had the line kink when installed with care.

Or you could order a very special one from Porsche in Germany - pay $35.00 and 6 weeks wait - ha, ha.
