SOLD

Somebody looking to upgrade their suspension on their 951 can save some money here. These have only 3k miles on them and are in perfect working condition. This is all 4 corners single adjustable Koni sport's. Here's what's included:

Koni Sport front stuts converted to rebuildable coil overs with new Koni inserts. This is the Paragon kit using all racers edge parts and Koni competition bump stops. Struts were freshly painted yellow and look great. They come assembled and set about 1" lower than stock but are easily adjusted. The strut bodies can also be easily rebuilt in the future with the Koni inserts.

Hypercoil 200lb front springs. These are perfect for stiffening a little bit from stock but not having to change your torsion bars.

Koni Sport adjustable rear shocks.

Spanner wrench to change ride height.

Koni Sport adjustment knob to change stiffness of front struts.

The total cost of this setup from Paragon with everything included is $997 plus shipping.

Selling for $850 shipped. Save a couple hundred bucks and save a bunch of hassle putting stuff together and making sure you have all the pieces.

Was this set up for 944 or 951?

kinglenario 03-22-2012 07:55 AM

951. you can see the bracket in the picture that holds the brake air duct on the 951. i don't think the 944 has that?

smartkilojba 03-22-2012 07:56 AM

Bump

dillon410021 03-26-2012 07:05 AM

was this the cut and drill method?

kinglenario 03-26-2012 07:22 AM

yes, so the housings are now rebuildable with Koni inserts from now on.

dillon410021 03-26-2012 11:25 AM

^ did you have to cut the stock spring lower holder so the adjustable sleeve would sit nice?

kinglenario 03-26-2012 12:12 PM

:) Are you interested or are you asking how to do it? Yes, you have to trim off the lower spring perch and leave a small rib so that the threaded collar sites nicely against it, as you can see in the picture. The strut instert bolts in from the bottom so it's very easy to change them out with just the Koni inserts. You can also use any readily available 2.5" spring rates and easily adjust the ride height of the car just like the factory M030 option.

dillon410021 03-26-2012 03:31 PM

yeah, I was just wondering.
thank you

kinglenario 03-27-2012 06:25 AM

bump

RedBaron 03-28-2012 01:32 PM

Wow! I wish these were for sale a year ago! Paragon has a sale on Koni shocks right now. It may be worth it to wait until the sale ends and the prices jump back up to re-list these if they don't sell. GLWS
