924S SE - Part out / whole car

Slight change of plans, I am keeping the motor on my 924S SE together for now, seems a good idea to keep the car driveable until it comes time to pull the whole motor. So I am editing the list of things for sale to reflect this. Sorry to those who were interested in engine parts, but the engine parts will be available at some point in the not so distant future.

Currently for sale:
- rear mud flaps - SOLD
- Front and rear seats - $250
- headlight motor - $50
- Windshild washer fluid reservoir - $25
- fenders and front valance - $150
- rear wiper motor - SOLD
- 15x7 Phone Dails 2x - SOLD

- 15x6 Phone Dails 2x - $25 Each (good for garage art)

SE's are biting the dust these days! How much for the clutch kit if for sale, and how many miles on it? And the price for the DME as well. Thanks, dave.

It is strange two SE's are getting turned into 924 GTSs (if I can secure the funds to finish the project), but when I had this car for sale the rarity of being 1 of 500 didn't seem to help the sales process.

All miles on the car are a bit of a question mark, so I cannot say how many are on the clutch. The PO was not good with the record keeping, I was just lucky he found the title. Will update the list with prices as I pull parts.

And pictures of the interior (seats might not be factory material, but they are in decent shape:

951 powerplan is my first thought, but it all depends on the final budget and motor availablity. The 3.0 out of a 968 could work nicely as well.

Really? If I were me, I'd sell the SE, and buy a 931, already a turbo car, and then buy the AIR kit. Most people say that if you want 951 power, you're better off buying a 951. Or, do the CGT body work, but keep the nice 2.5L you already have. Later on, maybe put in the 951 stuff.

Trying to choose the right car to start this project with was difficult. I had a rough 951 in my garage a few months back, and my first thought was to use it. But there are a couple of things I want to be part of my CGT project that would be difficult to inculde if I had done that. I want the bubble flairs, and I want the square dash. Knowing that I decided to start with another car that landed in my lap. A sun roof delete, manual window, manual mirrored 924S that just happend to be an SE.

For me to start with another car I would need to get one heck of an offer on the whole car, and that just isn't going to happen.

Slowly moving this stuff out of the garage, mud flaps sold.

The 924 fenders and valance are just taking up room, don't be shy about making an offer....

Would you be interested in trading the fenders and valance for a pair of 944 fenders? They need paint, but no dents.

OK, how about a gen-u-wine euro 924 rear bumper. It's in nice shape, but I don't have the mounts.
