i barely managed $500 for a complete S head with cams and manifolds and valve cover recently.

i dont understand that. good heads are getting harder and harder to find, whh is 16v stuff selling for so much less than it used to?

If memory serves me correctly there were only around 14,000 944 S ever built out of 163,000 944's and parts for these cars are getting harder to find
I've raced the S for 10 years and recently sold it so I a, in the process of selling of a large amount of spares. This head was never raced as it's a spare off a street car
I also have a full blown racing head that I will be listing shortly

these are headers for an S
in good condition....needs repair on 2 of the tubes at the bottom

those look like Bursch headers
can you post a picture of the head flange for the headers? from that picture they look like an 8v header

(i just sold a set of bursch headers 2 weeks ago )
