NOS coolant overflow tank

Still in shrink wrap. Prices seem all over for "factory". Offers?

Good question, did not know there was a difference. PN in the picture. LR website says 944 NA and S2.

Pretty sure that one is a 968 specific one. Not sure if backward compatible with 944 NA. Turbo is definitely different.

Sorry 87, it looks like beamishnz is correct. That being the case I can't use this, I don't have a 968.

Part number crosses to a 968 expansion tank. If someone can confirm that this will work on a 924S I am still interested, but I am pretty sure the mounting geometry will be different.

expansion tank. RESERVOIR. water cooling made by Porsche. #94410612508

Based on looking at some pictures I'd say cross fitment is a definite no, the mounting tabs are completely different.

I get the turbo/NA confusion but a PN is pretty easily searchable. I didn't want to take it out of the bag for pics but can try to get one.

I can see why some sites cross it to a 944 NA. The physical dimensions are the same and at least the fender mount points are identical. The side outlet is in the same spot as is the overflow tube. I can not quite make out if the "leg" mount is in the exact same spot or not. The new unit looks bigger because it is 4 inches or so closer to the camera.

Well that proves it will cross, because the one you have installed is also a 968 overflow- the tabs on the top of it are on both units
