Jme cam & fresh built head

Fresh JME 8sr/8sr camshaft. 0 miles. I took the precaution of putting it into my housing already just to be sure that nothing could scratch or ding it. 0 miles. Never installed on the car. Was $850 new. I put all new seals on the cam housing.

951 head. See for yourself. New guides. All new Ferrea valves. Intake +1mm. Exhaust were just factory replacements. Had it built to install with the cam. 0 miles. Never installed on the car. $600 in machine and valve work alone.

The pair were meant for a high lift and a mid range torque curve.

See pics and video for condition.

UPDATED****
$1,300 for the combo including the completely resealed cam housing and a new HG for it

Located in Houston, TX
Buyer responsible for shipping. I have usps, fed ex, and ups close by. Pick your preferred carrier.

Doesn't include lifters. 5 of my 8 were rock hard. Head needs 1x exhaust stud replaced.

cam

Absolutely beautiful! Is the cam housing paint or powder coated and what's the lift on the cam. I just happen to be doing a head gasket job as we speak

What valve springs did you use?

Paint.
.503"

Full cam specs in that first skinny little image. Springs are what Jon recommended, not stock, but I don't know specifically which Springs they are.

Well Turbo springs couldn't handle that lift. They were probably custom. Do you know the price you paid for the springs? Maybe Lindsey racing springs.

I looked through our correspondence and it's not written anywhere. They were something like 125 to 175 for all of them.

Dude you have no idea how pissed I am with the timing of me rebuilding my head and you selling yours. I rebuilt my head myself this past summer except for the machine shop work. Then I bought a Web Cam and a set of their performance springs. So that's $1000 just for that. Then with the valve seats, guides and decking the head there's a couple hundred more. I could have had yours which is ten times better and spent less money. But I did learn how to do port work, so that's the only benefit I got. Make the ports match the gaskets, smooth out the factory casting and blend the bowl in along with making the guide boss less of a hindrance. And yours is still for sale. Uhhh

I've had these listed all around, Facebook, pelican, rennlist, since around September. Now I'm sad too!

My car was all buttoned up back in September so I wasn't looking to spend more money on a head, but then in the rain I downshifted and one of my back tires locked up and I slid into a fire hydrant. The air bags went off, my entire front bumper cover came off and it started right back up again. I threw the bumper cover in the hatchback and got outta there. I don't have collision insurance, so I'm slowly buying parts before I take it to the body shop. So I figured since the whole front end is accessible, I bought the new cam and springs. The only real damage is the thin sheetmetal frame under the coil is buckled a little and it can be pulled out. Everything else is bolt on
