@DIYDanCars, the price these is a bit higher because they are scarce 944 MO30 part numbered items in the MO30 944 series. Keep looking, you'll find a 928S4 brake set up. The MO30 spindles and hubs amaze me at the prices they command. Not many left in the world as they were scavenged and horded by 944 turbo and S2 racers. Also, the gearboxes for these cars have been in high demand from peeps doing V8 conversions with Factory Five cars.

What car are you going to be putting these brakes on? The S2 brakes are just as effective for a street car and they weigh much less than the Turbo calipers/rotor combo.

I'm building up a 85 928S. The engine is getting fully rebuilt with nikasil cylinders, custom pistons, and a supercharger. We have updated the suspension to 928 S4 standards and need the front calipers to complete the package. This should make for a fun 80's grand tourer.

I don't care about the MO30 part number so i'll keep looking for calipers with S4 part numbers. No doubt watching asking prices on used Porsche part prices over these last 3-4 years has been pretty remarkable.

The M030 calipers and the S4 calipers are the exact same 928 part numbers no difference they were used on several different model Porscheís from 1985/2-1995 and if your looking for cheap they can be had for as little as $300 but most likely from a salty car that has very bad finish, corroded pistons and worn out torn dust bolts and seals in need of a rebuild which if done yourself is several hundred dollars. Offer a seller that has these in very good condition wellstores ready to use a fair price and you can prob fetch them. It sounds like your building a pretty fancy big hp & $$$ engine so I would want good brakes! Not cheapest ones but thatís just my opinion. Good luck
