10 Digit 928 VIN

Been trying to figure out the options on my 19k mile 1980 928 without luck. No options stickers were put on the cars in 1980. Does anyone know a place to provide the VIN to get the build sheet?

it doesn't work for a 10 digit vin.

I can't help on the VIN, but any chance this is the sweet blue OB that may be making an appearance on BaT someday soon? If it does, it may set a record for a '78-'79 over there. Nice garage btw!

Funny you ask - yes, the Hellblau metallic 19k mile 1 owner beige/brown Pascha car will be on BaT soon. Bringing pictures and mechanical repair invoices to Frenzy in two weeks to see if I can sell direct. BaT is great but 5% fees are making them rich.

PM me if you want to know more.

Thanks on the garage. Almost finished. Just had Guards Red paint made for an 18 inch stripe. Garage has 88 S4, 84 Targa, 91 964 and 96 911 keeping the 95GTS and 80 company.

Looks like those cars have been stored in a cryogenic freezer
