Wheel and Tire Sizes for 928S
My new to me 1985 928S has 7x16ET65 wheels (original) with 225/50-16 on all four corners.
I have a set of original Porsche wheels from a previous car, 7x17ET55 and 9x17ET55. will these wheels fit the 928S with 225/45-15 and 255/40-17? I'm sure the fronts will fit with no issues. I'm not sure about the rears. I can roll the fender lips... Anyone in the Forum with thoughts and/or suggestions?

You shouldn't need to roll the rear fenders with a 9" wheel.
