I´m making this chart because I saw diferent specs in books, sites, magazines.

I`m contacting Pelican to try to insert a 928 tech specs link

I will complement this chart with trans and japan model but the main reason for this chart is the diference of the engine specs and injection type.

I will add the club sport and the se models (previous gt) only euro and uk cars

I still having a lot of doubts, then please help me to correct this chart.

Let me know if you want to add something (engine).

Engine

1.- 78-79 euro vs us why the diference of hp ?
2.- 78-79 us powerband
3.- 85-86 usa model first 32 valves compression and power range ?
4.- diferences between 85-86 (s3) engines with the S4 engines ? apart of injections ?

Injection type

1.- Let me know if this is correct ?

In the bosch fuel injection & engine management of Charles O Probst (great book) says that the 928 injetcions are:

78-79 K ketronic (CIS, continous injection system)
80-84 L- jetronic with lambda. I`m almost sure that this is wrong and this model have K jetronic with lambda
85-86 LH-jetronic (hot wire)
87 Motronic
88-on LH-Motronic

I`m not sure with the 80-84 have parts like electronic injection but still have the fuel reparter (cis) ?

2.- Do the euro s model 80-83 have lambda ?, I believe not
3.- 87 motronic model, is the only year for this injection ? how measure the air ?, with a vane plate like the 944 ?
