heater too hot at 19 degres celsius

hi,

when the temp control is at 18 degres celsius , the temperature is ok .
hardly i increase the temperature to 18.5 degres i get full hot air flow!

the heater valve works perfectly. but is it normal that when i increase the temperature of 0.5 degres the valve opens completely ?

i have already repaired the air mixing chamber.

where do i have to start the search ?

thanks

mine was also always full on heat or no heat - i always blamed it on the fact that the temp sensor in the dash was known to be inoperative - is yours working?

The heater valve is only fully closed or fully open.

also check the air temp sensor in the cooling duct for the alternator. is that sensor is faulty it will also only go full hot of full or no heat.
