A few electrical problems (Brake lights, air vent, pod lights)

Hello, I spent the last few days trying to diagnose three electrical problems on my 1983 Euro 928S, but I can't seem to find the solution.

1) Dash/Pod lights aren't working (only the radio light is working). Already tried bridging the two cables that connect to the rheostat, still no light. All Fuses/Relays are fine.

2)Brake lights aren't working. Fuse is ok, and I already replaced one of the two switches on the brake cylinder. I read somewhere that even with one switch working they should get power, and can't figure out a way to reach the second one in order to replace it. Bulbs are working btw

3) center air vent flap won't open. I figured it must be an electrical problem since sometimes it works so the vacuum line should be fine. All other flaps are working.

I hope someone comes up with an idea on what to check next since the basics (fuses, rheostat, etc...) have already been checked
Thanks a lot in advance to anyone who will help!

1)What year is your car? Fuses for the interior could be different than what you think.
2)Is the light controller connector plugged in? It's located and attached to the passenger parcel shelf.
3) check the solenoid connections under the console. Remove the console driver's side panel to find the various colored vacuum lines. Find the one connected to the center flap. The solenoid could have gone bad or the vacuum line unplugged or the vacuum manifold may have a split and need replaced.

Good luck

Garage
also the ribbon cables to the pod are always suspect as is the cluster circuit board - are bulbs good? - is this a recent problem or is this car new to you

thank you all, as for the dash lights i have no voltage at the two fuses (cluster lights, instrument lights). Bulb controller is ok, I cleaned both the 14pin connector and the inside (everything was already OK, no visible oxidation). I don't know if bulbs are good, the cluster has been dark since i bought it two months ago.
Still need to check the vacuum lines.
As i said in the first post it's a 1983 Euro S manual 5 speed.

P.s.: Another thing I did was thoroughly cleaning all the fuse panel and the ground points in the engine bay and behind the dash, but it doesn't seem like it gave any result

Sorry I missed the year.

Please recheck fuses 4, 11 20, and 23.

Fuses 4 and 11 have no voltage even with headlights on. Fuse 23 has voltage and interior lights work. Still need to check fuse 20.
By the way i found two cut wires under the dash, a red one and a purple one
