brake pipe connector question?
 

I've just replaced all my brake lines. Although i have copied all the pipe runs and there are no joins. Is it a real no-no to use straight connectors on brake lines or is it a recognised thing to do? Just asking for my own interest?

Are you referring to brake line unions?

It’s not dodgy if done right , but fewer is better. Sounds like you’ve done it properly though, copying original runs and keeping it clean.

Nothing wrong with being curious, and knowing what’s “by the book” vs. what works in practice is always a good thing. Haha
