Sept 28th - Owner Gathering at Firebird International Raceway

Good Morning Everyone -

I had an idea to have the first fall O.G. at Firebird International Raceway -Sunday Sept 28th. Pro Auto Sports will be having an event that weekend and I thought it would be a good time to come on down, view the other cars, meet some new people and watch some good old fashion club racing. I'll speak to Larry Pond and see if I can secure an area for us to park in - most likely it will be the reserved area for newbie orientation drivers.

I haven't spoken with the commander in chief (Rich) regarding this, hopefully this will be a nice little surprise. A couple of things - Alchohol is permitted but bring a cup (if your not driving). No admission fee, just sign a injury release waiver (standard at all track events).

Please reply and let me know if you can make it. Also, the ENTIRE family is invited to come so the more the merrier.

Rich, any chance of you bringing your racecar down for viewing?.

F.I.R. is located off Maricopa Rd and I-10 Freeway east to Tuscon. Next to the Gila River Casino.
