Speedo Glitch
Not your ususal (928S) speedometer unit problem.
The odometer, trip meter, and its Reset, all work fine, driving down the road, at some speed. Who knows what speed, 'cause the speed needle is on zero and won't move a bit. And this in a freshly calibrated speedo that was OK when it left the shop, returning to me. So back to North Hollywood Speedo to discover why the speed/needle section was NG. The wizards at NHS found the spring-lead connection to the needle was broken. Quick fix and back to me in return shipment; i.e.,fast turnaround. Maybe UPS wouldn't break it this time. They didn't; I put the cluster back in the pod just a while ago and drove the 'shark' around. All is OK!! That North Hollywood Speedo gang is tops. $$$ OK, too.

Feels good to make certain that you are not breaking any traffic laws, doesn't it? Of courese if you got clocked at 120mph in a school zone, you could always claim: "well officer my speedo wasn't working and I couldn't tell how fast......"
I wouldn't reccomend trying it. Take care
