928 S4: Down to the t-belt tensioner; what to do?

Hi all,

I've been little by little working on replacing the timing belt on an S4. I'm down to having everything off, and just the "tensioner console" to handle before the belt comes off.

My service manual just says "remove tensioner console" (it's around step 17 or 18, and manual is for an "S", not S4).

Very simply, my question: What do I have to take off now to be able to get the belt off? Which bolts? Or what constitutes the "tensioner console", and which bolts do I remove?

I've removed the little plated "bridge" at the top where the idler roller is. Not sure what to do next.

I'd love to continue on it this evening, if anyone has a quick answer for here. Or, my phone is 419-705-6830 if anyone wishes to call. I would much appreciate your help.

Thanks,

Tony K.

THANK YOU!!!

I am familiar with Clark's Garage for 944s; was hoping there would be something similar for 928s! This is perfect!
