replacing front clip
 

I would like to hear from people who have done this or have factual info on this subject. place on the frame to cut. tips on welding etc. pics or articles would be most helpful.

Wow; well I've done this but it's far too much to write up here. The job isn't really "difficult" if you're capable, but it is tedious and must be done to perfection or else you'll be no better off.
Probably more of an over the phone thing, if you want to PM me your number, I think I can get you on your way; or if you want to keep it on-list, break it down in to more specifics and we can run this thread a step at a time?
