78 euro no start?

First off i know i made a mistake letting the car sit.
The car ran well when i drove it home, and i drove it around for the next 2 weeks. Now 6 months later i'm not getting any fuel pressure. How do i check if the relay is bad? Jump the pump? Also i noticed my windshield is leaking and my fuse panel is damp Could this be the problem? I've decided i want to register my shark, and the first step towards that is getting it started
Any help is much appreciated.

if fuse panel area is damp it's most likely the drain for the cowl/windshield... pass side firewall there is a rubber piece that lifts up.. it's a REAL PITA to clean, or even see for that matter...
drop me a line with your email address and I'll send you a pic if you can't figure it out

fuel pump relay can be bypassed, check the WSM for proper procedure... you can also remove the pump and put 12v to it just to ensure it actually works

Check fuse #22, it runs the pump as well as the WUR and aux air valve.

If the fuse is good, pull it anyway and clean the contacts up; for some reason the 78-9 cars seem to suffer corrosion at the fuel pump fuse.
