Basic Liability Insurance

Since my Ins Co, will not cover Porshches..(.believe that?), I will have to find reasonable Liability elsewhere. As a Collector car, I thought the basic insurance would be no problem. What have you done insurance wise?

Appreciate your advice.

If it is not a primary veh. there are several options. I have a 87 944 with an agrreed value of $8k and a 1982 928 with a $10K agreed value. $250.00 for the year on both. Must be kept in a garage and a few other minor stipuations. mine is through GRUNDY WORLDWIDE.

The 928 is not very collectible(at all).

Safe auto and progressive will both insure the 928.

Garage
State Farm insures mine (daily driver).

Higher rates (Harris County, TX---just like LA), but not unreasonable.

My better half's Intrepid SXT costs more!!

I have State Farm too, for some reason the 928 is slightly more expensive than my old $35,000 kit car.
