New to the forum
Hello,
I thought I would say hi to everyone. I have an 81 928 and a 84 928S. Both are road worthy and I switch off driving them to work and around town. The 81 in the best condition and well maintained by the PO. The 84 was I got for a hope and a prayer but with some TLC it is now running anf drivable. My passion is for the 16V cars because of their simplicity. I'm in Oregon just west of Portland for any of those close by - chime in. Cheers, |

Welcome, my first 928 was a 81 AT, sold years ago, and I just got back to a 928 with a 83 5 spd, thats the prettiest money pit I have seen.
![]() There are a bunch of 928 guys up in your area, so you will have lots of local stuff available. I'm with you on the 16v, and it has many other fans. I think the 16v is the classic, with later cars heavier, more powerful, but more dressed up than refined. This forum may seem a bit dead on the surface, but it has a very high lurk factor, so questions of any nature rarely go unanswered. Make a few more posts and then I think you can post some picts of your 928's. Welcome ![]()

Welcome!
Oh I just love my 81. I'll reserve too many comments on my 32V until I get it strapped down for testing in the next few months!
