My Pristine 1978 928
Here's a shot I took of my '78 928 I took earlier this year. I had originally posted over on the BMW R1100s forum but occassionally venture here. I've never had to do a bit of work to this car. Knock on wood!

I've never had to do any work on my car either. I just hand my credit card to Greg and ...
Nice looking car, I think I have decided I am firmly in the OB looks best camp. Do tell more though, I've never heard of a 928 before that didn't need some tinkering every so often. |
Are you the original owner?

This is a very beautiful car! But if you never "HAD" to do anything to it - does this mean you waited for it to break down, and it just hasn't happened, yet? These cars do need quite a bit of maintenance, including preventive stuff, or deasaster will strike sooner or later...
Where are you taking it for service? Are you familiar with Motorsport in Salt Lake City? |
The biggie on those cars is the CIS system...they can't sit for long periods of time with old fuel in the lines.
