32V'r 928 cam timing tool
I make these in batches, and I need a few more orders to pay for the laser cutting (I have to order a min. of 10). This may be the last run!
Easily check and adjust your valve timing, or just install a new cam gear. Most 32V are out of adjustment! Much easier than the dial indicator WSM method, and you don't have to remove the cam covers. http://liftbars.com/images/32VrSystem.jpg click for more/order info |
No more will be made?
Whats up Porken? |
I get fewer and fewer orders each run.
BTW: I've got (3) conversions left for converting 16V cam gears to adjustable 32V gears - the 16V'r. I am not going to make any of those any more. |
How's that sweet Porken tensioner doing on the your white 928 you displayed at Shanes last year? It looked great.

Tim,
I went through a whole pile of prototypes (& $$) since then, but the production version is up and running on a handful of cars now. I making it in two versions, with and without the airpump. http://liftbars.com/images/PKsnrModels.jpg click for more info |
Right now I have only 16v plans with cams installed straight up, do these apply to my needs or are they just for cam masters (people with advanced degrees)?
|
Unless you are lucky, the 16Vs are never quite at zero. And there's no way to dial in some retard for the 1-4 side to compensate for hot-engine-expansion-advance.

I bought and have used PorKen's 32Ver tool and I now consider it a must-have for the serious 928 tuner.
