I need these items really bad.....and really fast!

All of these items are needed for a 1991 Porsche 928 GT. Keep in mind that each item must be absolutely perfect, but I am more than willing to pay for that priviledge. Any item, even if you only one off the list, would be greatly appreciated. SmileWavy

instrument pod; black with no cracks (I've already got the cracked one :()

engine light assembly

(1) interior 3 position Hella light for headliner

(2) new hood shocks

New or nearly brand new (2) 225/50/16 and (2) 245/45/16 matching set of Michelin, Bridgestone, or equivilant quality brand tires. No off brands please.

motor mounts (new)

rear AC speed control knob

That's it for now! But I'm sure as always there will be plenty more to ask for in the upcoming month.

Thanks, Todd SmileWavy

Is that one in the same as ROG100, or something like that? If so, he's actually bought a few 928 things from me via Ebay before. Great guy, too! :)

I have the fan speed control knob. Looks pretty much new. Needs the metal mounting shim. You probably have one on your old knob.

Neat how the world revolves around. Glad he was able to help you out. He is a great guy. :)

Be sure to show us some pictures of this one.

I will, and thanks JE928 for the offer, but ROG100 has graciously filled my entire order, minus the tires and pod. I've covered those on my own.

SeanR, this is a really nice GT, but as with all my 928's, I can't unvail any pictures until it is fully ready to sell. It's a pride, OCD, totally nuts kinda thingy, you wouldn't understand. ;) Be thankful!

Anyway, as soon as she's all done getting pretty, I'll post pics, though I'm pretty sure this is already a pre-sold car. But who know's until the checks in the bank, right? Anyway, the black '91 S4 with 31,000 miles just sold today, so now I'm down to just the GT. Hum, could be looking? ;)

Next 928 for me though, a GTS 5 speed! :D

I think the dealer will run that auction til the end of time or it sells.

Its also not unusual for a dealer to keep a car on the floor to sell against. The idea is that it brings in people, then the salesman directs them to whatever they want to push thats a much better choice for them.

Good job, keep the selling prices of these up. Got an '89 S4 5speed at Rog's that needs a bit of tweaking, I know what you mean. I have to say that this car is the strongest pulling 928 I've driven. Damn near scary power and we can't see any reason from the records. Pulls better than the 2 GT's we have here. Spins tires in 3rd. I'm wanting this car for myself. :) We yanked it from 928intl before they could part it. No salvage. Dangler missed it by a day.

As far as the GTS in Stafford, it's not one that Todd wants to touch, only for the unknown quantity, and I can't say I blame him. I'll post pre-sale thoughts on that thread.

Todd, we've got an early '86, 22k miles..full leather in fantastic shape, one owner.......Rennlisters know the engine issues, once sorted, thoughts on value? Don't want to hyjak the thread, PM me with thoughts on the above.
