1978 5spd Euro Restoration
The owner wants it to be black on black, so no more green on green

Haven't fully priced out the project but it's going to cost a few green backs. If anyone has a pair of euro fenders, rear bumper cover, and drivers side door shoot me a PM. The car may have boost in it's future(turbo because they are obviously better)
 . I more modify cars that restore them, but i like doing both. The reason he wanted to do this project is that he's from europe originally, he didn't have much money to get into a car, but he was going to have a lot to put into it. I'll keep this thread updated as the project progresses. The rear seats were removed, and carpet will be put in their place. The dash and door panels will most likely be covered in black leather. Black recaros will be in there for the front seats. The motor was already rebuilt, along with a new clutch installed. Some of the rusty/corroded parts will be replaced/cleaned under the hood. A/C was removed.

I love that green. I have an 83 S in that color and it is one of my favorites. Also have a black one which I love but that green is an awesome color.

My wild guess on restoration cost, $25k without paint, $35k with paint. Topic would make a good thread, I think I'll start one.

I cringed when he told me he wanted to get rid of the green on green, but the buyer is always right.
Danglerb it all depends on what you are looking for in the resto. This one will cost a fraction of that. PM replied to.
