New trick to selling your 85/86 motor, say its an S4
This one was on Craigslist a few months back advertised as an S4 motor, but the owner finally pulled the ad from too many people telling him the picture was of an 85/86 motor. Now its on ebay with 3 hrs to go and I can't believe the bid is up to $1500 with no details on what the freight charges will be. Makes me tempted to sell the 86 long block I have, since I can pick up a 12 month warranty short block from 928Intl anytime for a grand if I need it.

First 85/86 I've seen break a $1000, with at least one selling for $500 last year. Who buys an 85/86 motor when the whole car sells for $500 to $1000 more?
