Vacuum limiter -80
 Hi everyone, I was told that my Vacuum limiter on a 80, doesn't work and need to replace it. Can it function without it or do I need to replace it? If so, does any one have one for sale? It's very hard to find one.Please advice, thank you. Sumith |

Pelican has them.
0-280-160-302 Vacuum Limiter, 928 (1980-82) $195.00 One of the usual places might have a used one cheaper, but without it you can have some issues from very high vacuum during deceleration. With higher rpm and a closed throttle so little air gets in per cycle that the mixture may not fire, which lets raw gas etc. get to the cats. |

BTW at that kind of price I would make SURE yours is defective and its not just some vacuum line issue.

Thank you for the feedback, I'll check the lines again. I didn't know what this parts function was until now. Not too many places carry this item, the only place i have come across is Pelican.
