Rixter, you are not allowd to keep bragging about the 968 without giving us some meat to chew on. Tell us what it's like to drive. I have always liked those cars.

BTW, congrats.

hmmm...
it's more nimble, smaller inside and out, though laid out much like the shark minus the tilt wheel/pod setup
the shark is bigger, faster (note I didn't say quicker), has way more torque
the tip is something I'm still working on, but it does allow for quicker shifts
overall I like it, it's a bit bigger than my Z3, and more powerful, a good daily vs the gas sucking 928 (it'll be back to dd duties when gas is more reasonable)
it's strange getting a car I basically don't have anything major to do

ps... when you're in NC next drop me a line and you can try it for yourself

I always wondered if a 944 turbo might be really nice with an AT, any idea if its possible to swap around the 968 TIP into a 944T?

Nice looking car Rixter, guessing a fun thing to drive too.

Nice....those are great cars. A guy had a 94 at P2O with a turbo 3.0 liter 8-valve engine in it. Those have the big brakes and nice suspension...with a 6-spd and the 16V head it would make a hell of a basis for a turbo conversion!
