if you are looking to resolve something from over there (R-list), John Dunkle is the guy to talk to---he will listen, he does care how the site is run, and he will act on legitimate concerns. unfortunately, there is a crowd that does things that are totally in violation of the charter that John set up, but......you know where this goes. good luck on getting a R-list problem resolved here.....probably won't happen. --Russ
