Transmission Question

After pulling my tranny to replace the front seal and rebuild the cv joints, I took her out and she would not change gears out of first. Even if I manually put her into 2nd. Then I noticed reverse would slip a little unless I reved the engine and it would catch. Now it will not even engage into reverse. I did some research on some of the 928 sites and found one owner who had the same problem and it turned out to be an accelerator return spring inside the tranny. Anyone know where this is located or where I can start. I have the shop manual on CD but my CD drive is DOA.... Thanks for any help...
