Saw this car listed locally, but I get no hits on the vin with a google and wouldn't that be in the GT registry?

VIN WP0JB0929KS861137

Looks like a GT to me..

VIN is in the right range
Has the sports exhaust
Has the shorter GT gearstick
Has sports seats (unusual S4 option)

Best test would be the engine type or gearbox type from the serial numbers of either.. or the option codes.

Someone should tip off Ryan P. He could ditch the auto and go back to a GT

An auto isn't such a burden in normal LA traffic, so hard to say how much Ryan is suffering. Info in this thread should get around pretty quickly to anybody looking.

153k showing on the clock puts it off a lot of peoples radar. Looks like a nice detail job, but making a 928 look shiny is the cheapest thing that can be done, maybe somebody will give it a serious look over soon.

One of the things that concerns me with older cars, and a reason I have sold or returned on lease, is that sense of big expenses not too far down the road. Everything fine right now, but a noise or feel to the clutch or tranny that suggests major service soon.

Could be just me too, I don't care that much for black/black in SoCal, too hot, too much always needing washing etc.
