Adjust ride height on 83 euro

Can anyone let me know if it is possible to adjust my 928's ride height. It seems to be a little lower than I need it in the front. It is a 83 Euro. I am trying to find out if I can raise it a lil in the front before I work on finding new shocks and springs. Or if anyone can point me in the direction I need to go.

Thanks

ill tell you based upon my car which is an '82 S euro. on the back suspension, on the shock, i have a big nut going around the entire shock. and if i move it down, the car goes up (at least on mine) and visa versa. i dont have an adjusting spanner thing on the front. just the rear.... that might just be my car though. but if you do have them on the front shocks, then you just jack the car up, get a spanner tool that fits your adjusting nut, and move it (in your case) down

Everything seems to indicate that the adjustable front shocks appeared around 84 but I haven't been able to find an exact date or VIN as to when this happened. Like EIP said the rears are adjustable but you'll have to check on the fronts.

On our old cars its what you got, not what it came with.

If its low in the front, almost certainly one of two things is true;

Coil perches are adjustable.
or
Somebody changed the springs and putting back in stock ones will raise it up.

Hi, I was interested in this post as I have a problem with my rear ride height...., looking at the car from the rear.., the left side is correct with 1 inch of thread showing below the big adjuster nut.., the right side which is the side I want to lift shows 2 inches of thread below the big adjuster nut....,

Question is= am I adjusting it the wrong way, ie I,m turning the adjuster nut upwards......, what your saying is I should in fact be turning it the opposite way ( down )

Any advice would be most helpful, thanks.
