				removing wiring for hood?
			 
			how does one disconnect the wiring from the hood, to completely remove a hood?

			there is a male/female plug (for the underhood light) where the washer hose goes up into the hood. --Russ

			the hood wire connector is under the black cowl cover, remove the cover then follow the wires it is usually connected near the center of the cowl area IIRC its a 3 wire connector, you may also have another connector thats for the heated nozzles this connector is also about in the same spot. Use a lighter to heat the washer hose at the junction block then pull it off
