Reverse light & Rear wiper & washer tank

Hi All

Ok, I have 2 questions...one is really stupid so dont laugh

1) My reverse lights stopped working. Is there any fuse that could be faulty? is there anything else beside the fuse that I need to check?

2) (the stupid question) how do I operate the rear window wiper...its a 1980 model so I thought that it should be activated using a knob on the left side of the POD but I dont see any button that does that...at first I thought that what activates the rear wiper is the same lever that activates the front wiper but it is not...oh, the shame....

3) I have noticed that when I fill water to the washer tank, in some point the water start to flow from under the tank it self. I thought that there is a leak so I removed the front right tire and took a look. I didnt know that but the washer tank is a "double" tank...also for the headlights and the front window..am I correct? Anyway, on the top of the tank, there are 2 hoses that are not connected anywhere...so, when the tank is full, the water just pour from those 2 hoses. Is that how it is suppose to be? are those "overflow drain hoses"? or they should be connected to some where? (I will try to upload some pictures later)

Thanks for your help!

1- check fuses conectors
2- look on center consol between window switches
3- small tank is for concentrated cleaner, large for water. not sure of the hoses off top of my head.

Does anyone knows what is the location of the backup light switch ?
The #9 fuse seems to be ok...I didnt see that any relay has something to do with the backup lights...I miss my backup lights
