Rough 79 5 spd on SoCal CL $1100

I looked at this car a couple years ago, too rough/much for me and $500 in back DMV fees. Owners says fees are paid and its now non op, and he wants to sell asap.

Its another does not start, parked for 5 years, interior shot, project, but I recall the body was fine and the paint I don't recall.
