Classic & Sports Car article on Anatole Lapine
There is an interesting article on Anatole Lapine in the Oct issue of Classic & Sports Car. If you're not familiar he and Wolfgang Mobius are the ones attributed with the design of the 928.
He talks about his days at GM under Bill Mitchell, working with Duntov and Shinoda on the Corvette. He also talks a bit about working with the Porsche family and the philosophy of Porsche. It doesn't say a lot about the 928 that most of us don't already know, except that it is basically his favorite design and he says that "The 928 was too mould-breaking to win over Ferry" Overall a nice article on the man.
