Bad Sensor?
 

ok, the fan in FRONT of the radiator. the electrical one. as soon as the key is turned, it starts spinning. it doesnt wait for the motor to warm up or anything. is this a bad sensor? and if so which one?

Could be previous owner wiring mischief, but check the thermo switch on the front bottom right of the radiator, also maybe something related to the AC, if AC is on so is fan.

i dont even have an a/c belt so it cant be that. and i know that it didnt do it untill i went into the fuse panel and put fuses in the spots that didnt have them.

Works off the electrical signal to the clutch, so belt doesn't matter.

BTW delete that spam quote if you haven't already.

Hold on , make sure that your putting the correct fuses in and there are also a few positions that dont get fuses. www.928gt.com for a fuse relay chart, its on page 2 under tips/links
You can also try pulling the wires off of the switch on the front driverside of the radiator with the car cold the switch should be open, when it gets to 190 then it should close, if its stuck closed then you have to replace the switch

i found multiple relay switches that arent supposed to be there using that guide thing.

As mentioned previously, the PO could have bridged the wires together at the bottom corner of the driver's side of the radiator. I have done this to mine (thanks Normy) so that the fan will ALWAYS run when the switch is on. I live in central TX and it gets hotter than hell here in the summer. That's why I did it, and the PO of you car could have done the same. If you need a pic let me know.

Yep, great car, just need to get mine fixed and back on the road. Things should start to settle down here pretty soon and then I can replace the wp, tb, tstat, tensioner, radiator hoses, et. etc.
