Mason, you're not exactly letting out large amounts, since you have your ebay rules setup to only allow a person to bid on three items.

So you expect potential customers to call you and ask for permission to bid on your items so that they can give you money. You may want to rethink your ebay "buyer requirements" policy or at least give some logical reasons for it.
