78 US 928 fuel pump delivery test

I am confused as to where I should measure fuel pump delivery--is from the control pressure (WUR) regulator line at the fuel distributor or at the fuel return line orifice at the fuel regulator? Also, shop manual says 1360 cc with two fuel pumps after 30 seconds sounds like a lot-- 45.9 ounces. Any knowlegeable responses are greatly appreciated. Best, Greg.

Came upon the answer in the shop manual--it is measured at the return line orifice not the WUR return line.
