Bimetallic washers in tensioner
Hi all
![]() I'm rebuilding my tensioner, and I don't trust my PO judging by some other hack-jobs around the car, so I would really appreciate it if one of you could tell me the correct order of the washers in the tensioner. The only picture I have been able to find is this one, snatched from 928intl.com: ![]() |

My advice :
Toss that thing in the 'parts never to use again' box and get a Porkentensioner . Really. (honestly!) But if you really need to use that the stack can be found in the PDF Workshop manual set, volume 1 page 15-22 |

I'm not tossing it, as I'm an original-freak
![]() Also, I'm in the good old 'yuurp (Europe) and need my car ASAP. No time for shipping :S Where can I find that PDF Workshop manual? |

I just removed my tensioner for rebuild, so I can take a picture of it if you would like. However, a few of the washers fell off the back of the shaft when I took it apart, but I am pretty sure I put it back together properly.
