digital clock question

is the digital clock in my 1985 928s us supposed to light up with the parking lights?
if so how do you access the bulb and what is the replacement #?

Yes, pretty sure it is supposed to light up. It does on my '84. I was able to access the back of the clock fairly easily by removing the carpeted trim panel on the passenger side of the center console/tunnel. Then reach through and the bulb unclips somehow.

I removed three screws on the kick plate on the upper right side of the drivers footwell.
I then removed the drivers side cover for the center console.
Looking at the rear of the digital clock I removed the round center bulb holder.
It had a very small bulb in it, which pulled right out.
I did not see any listings for this bulb, so I matched it up by eye at Auto Zone.
I used a SYLVANIA 2721 LL.
I put the new bulb in and turned on the parking lights to see if it worked before replacing the cover.
It did not.
I then realized it had to be put back in the clock to be grounded.
I put it in and it worked.

Now I will attempt the A/C control bulb
